Senior Associate- Strategic Execution

The Chief Data & Analytics Office (CDAO) at JPMorgan Chase is responsible for accelerating the firm's data and analytics journey.

This includes ensuring the quality, integrity, and security of the company's data, as well as leveraging this data to generate insights and drive decision-making.

The CDAO is also responsible for developing and implementing solutions that support the firm's commercial goals by harnessing artificial intelligence and machine learning technologies to develop new products, improve productivity, and enhance risk management effectively and responsibly.The Strategy and Execution team is responsible for defining and articulating the CDO vision and strategy, and executing on strategic initiatives to deliver on the CDO roadmap.

The Firmwide Chief Data Office (CDO) is responsible for maximizing the value and impact of data globally, in a highly governed way.

It consists of several teams focused on accelerating JPMorgan Chase's data, analytics, and AI journey, including data strategy, data impact optimization, privacy, data governance, transformation and talent.

As a Senior Associate-Strategic Execution team within the Firmwide CDO, you will be responsible for working with Product, Technology, Lines of Businesses and Corporate Functions to deliver new and enhanced products, solutions, operating models and processes aligned to data across the Firm.

You will co-ordinate strategic initiatives throughout the lifecycle from initiation through to completion, including program planning, requirements analysis, co-ordination with Product and Technology teams for design, development and testing, execution and transition / go-live phases.

This position will play a critical role in the modernization of the Firm's data management and governance practices.

The team leads strategic projects that enable Lines of Businesses and Corporate Functions with the tools and solutions to achieve AI-ready data, and effectively and efficiently manage data risk.

Job Responsibilities


* Drive strategic change initiatives in partnership with Product, Technology, Lines of Businesses and Corporate Functions


* Gather, synthesise and prioritise requirements from Lines of Businesses, Corporate Functions and firmwide stakeholders


* Input into solution design and roadmap development


* Support the development of business cases for strategic programs to acquire the necessary funding to deliver the roadmap


* Communicate the strategic roadmap and priorities to key stakeholders and senior management


* Drive governance and oversight of the strategic roadmap, ensuring stakeholder engagement and alignment, and deliver status updates


* Identify potential roadblocks/emerging risks and escalate issues as needed


* Develop and maintain comprehensive program reporting and metrics, and communicate progress and performance to senior executives
