The Product Manager will be a core member of the TREMFYA® Marketing team responsible for leading & implementing Direct-to-Consumer (DTC) and Patient initiatives across Dermatology and Rheumatology markets.

The Product Manager will report to the Group Product Director, Consumer Marketing.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Lead external creative agencies and media partners to plan, execute and optimize DTC marketing programs across various media (e.g., television, print, website, CRM, social, video, display, search, patient testimonial, and other channels)

- Work efficiently with key internal partners and cross-functional groups (e.g., Regulatory, Medical, Legal, etc.) to ensure timely and compliant review and approval of promotional materials

- Shape in-office educational materials to support patients as they start treatment

- Collaborate closely with internal partners to help shape and execute communication, PR and advocacy strategies

- Provide timely any relevant updates to field sales team on DTC tactics and patient education resources

- Contribute to budget, annual business and strategic plans Education:

- Bachelor's degree required; MBA or related advanced degree helpful

Experience and Skills:

- A minimum of 5 years business experience is required

- 3 years of successful and dynamic experience in Sales, Sales Learning & Development, Marketing, Payer or related fields is an asset

- Your ability to be creative, enthusiastic, and strong analytically, with excellent overall business insight, is fundamental

- You will need to demonstrate excellent leadership and social skills with a heightened ability to collaborate and work with a team to be successful

- Your experience of managing multiple demands and priorities on time, gaining alignment and driving decision-making is crucial to the success of this position
