Key activities of this role include:


* Manages the distributors in Key focus markets and develop their go to market capabilities for the portfolio, developing and creating new channels of distribution


* Leading new distributors setup process: scouting, business opportunity evaluation, Due Diligence, agreement negotiation, portfolio planning, pricings and launch plan)


* Map relevant external stakeholders and decision makers, create & maintain relationships, including HCP and KOL management .

As well Identifying and qualifying potential centers


* Manage and coach active distributors to ensure that all goals are accomplished: commercial target, in-market activities and forecast.


* Provide clinical support and training plan for new centers


* Report results against forecasts to senior management, as well as any adjustments made to business plans to ensure objectives are met.


* Identify unmet needs of the Middle East & Africa market, their stakeholders and support creating incremental value for the company, jointly with internal stakeholders


* Support congress management and participate at booth


* Conducts presentations to senior customer executives and decision-makers.


* Prepares formal proposals and leads negotiations.

Prepares Business Plans Agreements and insures their approval and implementation with the customers.


* Analyzes customer business opportunities and threats and designs plans to capitalize on them.


* Works in collaboration with cross function teams (Regulatory, Marketing, Professional affairs, Customer service, Sales support team, Finance, Supply Chains and other) , in order to deliver a sustainable business and overcome any challenges.


* Function as Middle East & Africa representative in the commercial team

Required skills
