The Global Services Finance organization provides outstanding, efficient financial services, and compliance-in a J&J way-to our Operating Companies around the world.

Following the successful set-up of the new hub in Bangalore, this position will be in Bangalore working with the Global Services Finance team.

You will provide full administrative support to the A2R Finance Director- Global Services by handling a wide range of executive support, administrative tasks as well as supporting the overall smooth functioning of the 150 J&J staff.
Key Responsibilities:


* Coordinate onboarding of new starters, organisation of induction week and activities around leavers.


* Build strong connection with IT, HR, Site and facilities team in supporting the smooth functioning of the team


* Be the 'Go to' person for team members by helping them with queries and issues


* Create and maintain purchase orders for contractors, services, non-IT and admin materials


* Records Retention Coordinator


* End to end accountability for the coordination of internal meetings, including large departmental meetings, regional and global meetings and leadership visits.


* Organise large offsite and onsite team events, including venue selection, activities, catering


* Manage Calendar requiring interaction with both local and global teams.


* Recognize/communicate priorities and provide solutions.

Anticipate and proactively prevent issues to ensure maximum effective time use.


* Assistance in travel arrangements and preparation of expense reports


* Assistance with different HR processes within the GS organization.
