This role may be based at J&J locations in Singapore; Sao Jose dos Campos, Brazil; or Warsaw, Poland.

As a member of the ISRM integrated Risk Management team, the GRC Performance Analytics Senior Engineer will serve as a security issue remediation and performance reporting specialist for our Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) function.

This role plays a crucial part in safeguarding our company's data, business processes, reputation, and compliance with relevant regulations.

You will support execution of the performance analytics strategy, identifying risks and driving improvements to enhance security processes and ensure compliance with controls.

You will interact with other internal functions within J&J to report on the overall enterprise risk management strategy around key business and information technology objectives.

Key Responsibilities:


* Design, implement, and customize ServiceNow GRC performance reports, dashboards, and visualizations.


* Process security assessment results, create security issues, and coordinate remediation activities.


* Collaborate across the business to coordinate technical solutions to drive remediation of security issues.


* Provide technical guidance and mentorship on JavaScript development standards to team members.


* Maintain data science products, including the Datahub, analytical platform, data map, and data dictionary, while supporting risk data integration and ETL for GRC tools, including ServiceNow.


* Develop and leverage scripting/software as needed (SQL, Python, Excel, Visual Basic in Excel, etc.).

* A minimum of a bachelor's degree in Information Technology or equivalent degree is required.
