SCOPE OF ROLE

Reporting to the Chief Behavioral Health Officer, the Director, Behavioral Health Services is responsible for clinical leadership, administrative direction, performance improvement, staffing, consultation and operational excellence for the Behavioral Health services teams at all Signature Health locations.

You will supervise and direct the Associate Director, Behavioral Health to ensure Signature Health counseling, case management and peer support services are effectively executed each day with the highest level of patient quality and service, while overseeing costs and ensuring that provision of services aligns with Signature Health’s strategic goals and values. 

HOW YOU’LL SUCCEED:


* Develop, direct and ensure the implementation of best practices and behavioral health initiatives that promote optimum behavioral healthcare delivery and customer service to our patients receiving counseling, case management and peer support services.


* Assist in the design and implementation of clinical workflows that support high quality, evidence-based, patient-centered, and effective behavioral health care.


* Provide clinical consultation, support and direction to clinical leaders, managers and care teams to ensure quality patient care and services, including consultation and assistance on management of challenging clinical situations.
