Today, Piedmont Plastics is currently hiring for a Sales Training Specialist.  This employee will be responsible for the execution of sales strategies to support the organizational objective to become the most knowledgeable sales team in the industry along with creating and presenting training to sales team members to promote the company’s product offerings and services.

Along with the mentioned duties above, this role will:


* Assume responsibility for the creation and delivery of a sales training curriculum and written procedures to support all sales training activities


* Create and deliver sales training with the assistance of Home Office, branch, and regional management for individuals as needed


* Work with Market Specialists, suppliers, and subject matter experts to create training on selling skills, products, applications, and market specific education


* Coordinate and evaluate Supplier related sales training on materials and applications conducted virtually or at their respective facilities


* Work with the Training Content Specialist, keeps all learning management system (LMS) sales training programs updated


* Operate as the primary sales trainer for the organization and includes other qualified trainers (internal or outsourced) when necessary


* Ensure all sales training is reported and documented properly to analyze return on investment


* Be responsible for creating and delivery of training materials such as presentations and videos to deliver to various size audiences either in person or via recording


* Continuously seek and support new approaches, practices, and processes to improve the efficiency of sales training
