What you will do

As a Brand Activation specialist, you will develop local brand strategy enhancing the Science of Brand Growth SOBG) principles for Nicorette, Fortasec, Micralax and Rovi and manage brand operations in the country to ensure market-leading excellence in execution towards consumer, shopper, and customer in Spain.

Key Responsibilities


* Develop and implement Local Brand Prototypicality and Mental & Physical Availability Plans


* Ensure successful NPI launches in the local market.


* Secure optimized shopper marketing activation.


* Profitability and effectiveness analysis


* RGM brand initiatives identification, implementation, tracking and report.


* Monitor the Market / Insights or Be knowledgeable on syndicated data use and interpretation


* Be responsible for the local BTL budget (BME) & full brand P&L


* Key role in the country governance model: Act as local representative at Brand and Commercial Squad Meetings


* Ensure high quality local adaptation for consumer facing marketing material (physical and digital)


* Key counterpart to local regulatory & supply chain team


* Closely work with Professional Marketing team

What we are looking for

Required Qualifications


* At least 5 years of experience in sales, Marketing, trade marketing, category management, shopper marketing, or related field preferred.


* Pharma experience in some management area (trade marketing, marketing, sales).


* Fluent in English and Spanish.


* Positive Problem/Solution thinking


* Strong computer skills, including MS Office Suite applications
