What You Will Do

The Analytics Senior Analyst is responsible for managing assigned key dashboards and related data flows, managing independently related improvement projects, driving further automation; actively contributing to managing analytics portfolio, helping identify analytics opportunities, owns segment of competency model to train and coach analytics team and community, acts as analytics segment lead back up.

Key Responsibilities

Manage assigned data flows and dashboards without significant issues:


* Maintain related data flows and control quality of data in preparation of the assigned dashboards


* Train users on using these dashboards

Drive assigned data flows automation:


* Automate assigned data flows


* Identify cross-function opportunities for automation best practices


* Improve customer experience connected with assigned reports and derive insights from the data:


* Understand customer needs (in conjunction with analytics lead)


* Drive improved customer experience (mainly via improved visualization)


* Identify opportunities for automation best practices

Contribute to analytics portfolio and governance:


* Understand customer needs (in conjunction with analytics segment lead)


* Be familiar with content of analytics portfolio and drive assigned projects within that Independently drive or support assigned analytics projects (e.g.

OTIF@D, Cost to serve etc.)

Own portion of analytics competency model:


* Identify and own element of analytics competency model


* Track trends in this area, share and mediate that to the rest of analytics team and community


* Prepare introductory training, as well as approach of training with applied examples and coach analytics team members once applying these in practice

Contribute to identification of further analytics opportunities:


* Actively participate in data infrastructure workshops and other occasions to identify innovations
