What you will do
Associate Business Manager plays a key role in achieving company objectives by overseeing the Woolworths NZ and The Warehouse accounts.

You will determine strategies and execution tactics to maximise growth and profitability for both KENVUE and the Key Retail Partner through the application of Science of Brand Growth (SOBG) principles to the New Zealand Product Portfolio.
This role has 2 direct reports - Key Account Manager and Vendor Managed Inventory.


* Creating annual business plans & strategies for growth aligned to the NZ KENVUE roadmap, involving day to day-to-day account relationship management, critical key stakeholder development at customer level from inventory/buying level through to top-to-top engagement.


* Contribute to the development and implementation of joint business plans with the customer


* Proactively review sales performance and make recommendations & changes to improve joint sales and profitability


* Lead the category review process for selected categories internally & externally to ensure improved visibility and availability across multiple categories.


* Customer project management (NPI, Promo, Activation calendar)


* Management of Selected Category Portfolios end to end (internal and external)


* Lead, manage, develop and coach a team of Account Manager and VRP Specialist to deliver business results.


* Promotional planning & Forecasting (Liaison with Demand & Supply team)


* Manage the trade spend budget for relevant retail accounts business, optimizing investment choices

Who You Are


* 2-3 years proven key account management / sales fronting experience


* Strong understanding of building strategic partnerships with customers across all levels


* Strong financial and commercial acumen


* Experience in handling sales & key accounts from FMCG, Retail, or Connected Commerce industry with proficient knowledge of also category management.
