Role Overview & Primary Accountabilities:


* Providing guidance and support to the OTC team, ensuring adherence to established processes and procedures


* Manage the end-to-end Order to Cash process, which would include a strong understanding of the order management process, cash application, billing, invoicing, and dispute resolution


* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address issues and enhance OTC processes


* Monitor KPIs and metrics to track performance, identify trends, and implement corrective actions as necessary


* Develop and maintain SOPs for OTC processes, ensuring documentation is up-to-date and accessible


* Drive continuous improvement initiatives to streamline processes and optimise resource utilisation
