Continuous Improvement Consultant

Essential Duties and Responsibilities: 


* Perform assessments utilizing analytical skills to understand process improvement opportunities


* Lead strategic, enterprise-wide process improvement initiatives, utilizing business process management, lean, and six sigma methodologies


* Conduct end-to-end process analysis and future state redesign


* Develop Lean and Six Sigma curriculum that enables the implementation of Lean, Team & Six Sigma principles


* Management of labor standards for all stores


* Continuously expand knowledge of Lean tools and techniques

Qualifications:  Education


* Bachelor’s degree in business, analytics, supply chain management of engineering preferred

Qualifications:  Experience


* 1+ years of experience in a business process improvement role


* Lean Certification preferred


* Experience with Microsoft Office Suite

Qualifications:  Competencies


* Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills, including strong listening skills


* Practice operating independently without the need for continuous oversight or direction


* Proven ability to effectively prioritize and balance competing needs


* A history of taking the initiative to identify and solve work-related problems


* Experience in exercising initiative and sound judgment in decision-making
