AP Specialist

What you'll do:


* Process accounts payable for multiple locations


* Statement reconciliation


* Accounts payable aging management


* Work with dealership personnel and vendors to process invoices for payment

What we're looking for:


* Accounting/AR/AP experience (automotive dealership preferred but not required)


* Accounting degree (preferred, not required)


* Must have experience in Excel, spreadsheet building, payroll, reporting and general ledger


* Strong attention to detail


* Excellent verbal and written communication skills


* Solid organizational and multitasking skills


* High School Diploma or equivalent


* An awesome attitude with impeccable interpersonal skills


* Strong problem-solving skills


* The ability to work independently as well as in a team setting


* Neat, clean, and professional appearance


* Ability to pass a background check and drug test


* Demonstrate behaviors consistent with the Company’s values in all interactions with customers and co-workers.
