Financial Aid Coordinator

You will make an impact by:  

 


* Providing high-level customer service to prospective students and students regarding the financial aid process.


* Assisting with gathering information on potential students to ensure a trouble-free student financial aid and processing system; conducts Financial Aid overview appointments (1^st appointments), and performs routine clerical, office and data entry tasks.

 


* Adhering to Associate Expectation Agreement, established department policies and procedures, and provides excellent customer service standards in accordance with the mission and purpose of the organization. 

 

Your Experience Includes: 

 


* At least one year of experience in customer service required.


* Knowledge and experience with MS Office.

 

Education: 

 


* High School diploma required.
