Position: Store Manager, Lip Lab - Napa

Status: Full Time

Reports To: Director of Stores

The salary range for this position is $67,000 - $69,000 per year.

The Role:

As the Store Manager, you will not only oversee the day-to-day operations of the store but will also oversee building a fun, engaging and positive atmosphere that both guests and employees will all want to be a part of.

What we are looking for:



* Strong background in leadership and team building (minimum of 3 years' experience is required)


* Experience and ability to manage all facets of store operations, including scheduling, ordering supplies, Payroll and Outlook


* Someone who leads by example with a can-do attitude, always going above and beyond for both guests and team members


* A strong drive for results with a proven ability to motivate a team through coaching and constructive feedback


* An understanding of sales, KPI's and what it takes to drive a business


* Experience with recruiting, hiring and managing a strong, diverse team


* Experience in Performance Management


* Proficiency with Excel, MS Word, Outlook, and Payroll


* Comfortable in a fast paced, high-volume environment


* Physically able to meet the demands of the job including the ability to stand for prolonged periods of time, lift to 30 lbs, including the ability to kneel and squat


* Ability to travel for company events, meetings and trainings when necessary

What you will do:



* Work closely with the Director of Stores on building the business, regularly sharing ideas, feedback and opportunities to drive sales and KPI potential


* Analyze and share sales and KPI trends, ensuring strong team member accountability


* Schedule and manage a booking system to maximize sales and deliver on Payroll goals


* Create a strong, positive and energetic environment for your team through positive reinforcement, including consistent and real time coaching and constructive feedback that encourages team member growth


* Jump in as Color Expert when needed, guiding guests with your expertise and creativity to ensure an exceptional guest experience every time


* Recruit, train and motivate new hires to deliver exceptional guest service, with products manufactured to Good Manufacturing Standards
