Brief Job Description
The role follows the earn and learn apprenticeship model in the Materials and Surface Technology Lab.

The successful candidate will upskill in all elements of the Materials and surface technology Lab, including being trained across a broad range of laboratory testing.

Working as part of a team of engineers, metallurgists, and material scientists, you will collaborate globally to develop and improve the quality, capacity, and cost of new and existing materials processing technologies.

Accountabilities
• Upskill in all elements of the Materials and Surface Technology Lab.
• Provide support and monitoring across different areas of the business.
• Take ownership of various areas and contribute to key business drivers such as EH&S, Quality, Calibration, Maintenance, and Cost.
• Work as part of a team to develop and improve materials processing technologies in the areas of forming, specialized coating, and cleaning of orthopedic implants.Qualifications
