Talent Acquisition Manager

Reporting to the Director of Recruiting, the Talent Acquisition Manager for Canada is responsible for designing and implementing talent acquisition initiatives to support the growth of the company.

In addition, the Manager provides strategic recruiting expertise by staying abreast of industry trends, best practices, legal developments, technological advancements and benchmark comparisons.

This position will have oversight and manage talent acquisition for all lines of business in Canada and will be accounting for developing Talent Acquisition team members.

This individual will be instrumental in working to establish best in class practices around recruiting strategies, process improvements and policies to support the business.

Must be highly adept in high-volume recruiting, professional recruiting, and all regulations for government contractors and have experience recruiting in many provinces across Canada.
