A little taste of your day-to-day


* Prepares arrangements and vases for guestrooms, functions, and public areas.


* Replaces, maintains, and delivers arrangements and vases as required.


* Keeps flower arrangement containers clean and in good condition.


* Attends to external customers and guests courteously and promptly while maximising sales.


* Prepares floral arrangements for in-house wedding parties as required.


* Assists in taking inventory of equipment and flowers.


* Maintains the working area and equipment in a proper state of cleanliness and repair.


* Reports guest complaints to a senior team member immediately.


* Complies with the hotel’s health, safety, and hygiene policies and adheres to personal grooming and hygiene standards.


* Attends meetings and training sessions as required.

What we need from you


* Minimum one year of experience in a similar environment (4-5

* hotel).


* Basic level of spoken/written English.


* Hygiene Certificates.


* Full eye details.


* Flexibility in shifts .
