QC Inspector - 2nd Shift

DUTIES:


* Responsible for inspection of the close tolerance components manufactured by Tube-Alloy machine shop and other sub-contracted machine shops.


* Be able to use state of the art inspection equipment like internal and external micrometer.


* Pass all HSE required training.


* Assist with NDE part cleaning and preparation.


* Assist inspectors with re-gauging of parts.


* Maintain all QC inspection equipment.


* Perform visual inspection of threaded connections as required.


* Perform receiving inspection on raw material, subcontracted parts, seal rings, and customer material.


* Perform other duties as assigned.

QUALIFICATIONS:


* High School Degree or GED.  Education requirements may be satisfied through alternative education and/or previous job experience.


* Familiar with parts manufactured by turning, milling, boring, drilling, etc. 


* Experience with state of the art inspection equipment.


* Conscientious worker and self-starter with good communication skills.
