RN - Ambulatory, Ophthalmology
100% FTE, Monday - Friday with one day working remote, 8:00am - 5:00pm.
Hours may vary based on the operational needs of the department.
You will be working at University Station Clinic in Madison, WI.

We are seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to:
* Educate patients, prepare and review charts for upcoming ophthalmic surgeries.
* Assist with surgery scheduling and conducting patient interviews for upcoming procedures being performed at University Hospital and American Family Children's Hospital.
* Perform general RN Clinic work, telephone triage and in-basket responsibilities
* Infuse IV medications for ophthalmic testing.
Education :
Minimum - Graduate of school of nursing.
Preferred - Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN).
Work Experience :
Minimum - Six (6) months of RN experience.
Preferred - Relevant RN experience.
Licenses and Certifications :
Minimum - Registration as a registered nurse in the state where employed or licensure in a state in the licensure compact.
CPR/BLS Certification.
Preferred - Applicable clinical certification.
