Production Operator - 2nd / 3rd Shift

Full Time Positions are available from entry-level to experienced Machine Operators, Material Handlers, Batch Mixers, and Line Inspectors at our Carol Stream, IL location.

Compensation Starting between $19.00 to $25.00 depending on specific job and experience! $3,000.00 signing bonus + Shift Differential

Shift Details:

- Shift 1 (Monday through Friday 6:00 am - 2:00 pm)

- Shift 2 (Monday Through Friday 1:30pm - 10pm)

- Shift 3 (Monday through Friday 10:00pm - 6:30am)

Essential Functions:



* Set-up, operate and troubleshoot calendar equipment to assure safe, efficient production of materials.


* Perform visual inspection & measurement of material in accordance with established procedures to maintain product specification.


* Accurately record production data into the computer database.


* Detects unusual conditions, defective material, or operating difficulties.

Resolve process issues and escalate as needed


* Perform other duties as directed and assigned


* Maintain safe work environment (5S), minor maintenance on the equipment and area clean-up.

Qualifications:



* High School Diploma or Equivalency


* Ability to lift up to 50lbs if needed


* Focus on Safety and follow specified safety protocol


* Accurately follow work instructions


* Maintain a clean work environment


* Perform various other duties as assigned

Preferred Experience:


* Experience in a production/manufacturing/indusindustrial-relatedronment.
