* Bachelor's degree in a Business or technical discipline from an accredited institution
* This position requires a minimum of 5 years of functional experience in program management
* Applicants must be legally authorized to work in the United States.

Preferred Qualifications
* Working knowledge of the investment casting process
* Investment casting experience on New Part Introduction (NPI) Programs
* Ability to think through multiple complex NPI projects and identify gaps in plans, risks and opportunities
* Must be self-driven with outstanding organizational skills, self-discipline and ability to create a sense of urgency within the cross functional team
* Demonstrated ability to work successfully within a matrix organization structure to leverage shared resources to deliver program milestones on time and to budget
* Proficiency in Microsoft Project, Excel, PowerPoint and Word
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Experience with APQP, PFMEA and PPAP
* Knowledge of six sigma and lean manufacturing principles
* Project Management Professional certification
