As the Talent Systems Manager, you will play a pivotal role in optimizing our technology systems to support our growing workforce.

You will lead the maintenance and enhancement of HRIS, ATS, and other People and Talent technology platforms.

Ensuring seamless integration with existing systems and alignment with organizational goals.

Position Responsibilities:


* Lead the implementation and configuration of technology systems, including HRIS, ATS, CRM and other related platforms.


* Manage the ongoing maintenance, updates, and troubleshooting of technology systems, providing technical support to end-users.


* Manage a team of System Analysts to ensure resources are allocated appropriately to meet objectives.


* Build and develop system trainings.


* Serve as the primary point of contact for technology vendors and evaluating vendor performance.


* Stay informed about emerging technologies and industry best practices, making recommendations for system enhancements or replacements as needed.


* Lead and manage the full lifecycle of assigned projects, ensuring adherence to project management methodologies, processes, and best practices.


* Define project scope, objectives, deliverables, and success criteria in collaboration with stakeholders and senior management.


* Develop detailed project plans, including schedules, resource allocation, budget estimates, and risk mitigation strategies.


* Coordinate and collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Talent Acquisition, Marketing, Accounting, IT specialists, business analysts, and other project stakeholders.


* Monitor project progress, track key milestones, and ensure timely completion of deliverables within budgetary and quality constraints.


* Conduct regular project status meetings, facilitate decision-making processes, and provide regular updates to stakeholders.


* Foster effective teamwork, provide guidance, and motivate project team members to achieve project objectives.
