As a Data Domain Architect on the Field Performance Management Product, you will contribute to the transformation and modernization of our data environment to serve the analytical and reporting needs of the Consumer and Community Banking (CCB) Finance Organization.

You will partner with the Area Product Owner, Data Owner and Technology Team to source, design and deliver data domains into the Databricks powered Data Mart that brings together essential data categories to enable the Finance function to support their analytical and reporting needs.

You will understand the need of Finance and make data discoverable and available for analytical and reporting needs.

Through your ability and passion to think beyond raw and disparate data, you will use both existing and cutting edge software solutions to empower team to get rapid answers to key performance questions that will be utilized by the organizations top leaders to reach out key strategic imperatives.

Job Responsibilities


* Lead intelligence solution requirements gathering sessions with varying levels of leadership, complete detailed project planning utilizing JIRA to record planned project execution steps


* Source and maintain the Financial and Operational data required to transform and maintain the Field Performance Reporting scorecards on a weekly basis


* Conduct detailed reconciliation of results between systems and intelligence solution


* Generate detailed metadata on existing and new data models


* Partner in the development of, or individually create data wrangling workflows, data visualization solutions utilizing ThoughtSpot and Tableau and other end-user reporting interfaces and that provides intuitive insights to our key stakeholders


* Work closely with end-users/IT during the UAT phase of the project and validate that production results comply with business requirements and expected results


* Seek to become a subject matter expert and understand the stakeholder use cases empowering you to anticipate stakeholders requirements, questions, and objections
