Lead Product Engineer
As a Lead Product Engineer at SRCTec LLC, you will play an integral role in the configuration, production, test, and sustainment for radar, CUAS, and electronic warfare systems.
You will work closely with experienced engineers and guide junior engineers to transition new products to production and sustain products throughout their lifecycles.
You will establish and maintain system configurations, establish production test procedures, monitor component obsolescence, and troubleshoot problems that are encountered during production.
You will collaborate with diverse, cross-functional teams of hardware, software, and manufacturing engineers and stay at the cutting-edge of electronics manufacturing.
What You'll Do
* Transition new designs into production environments
* Maintain system configurations, including Bills of Materials and system drawings.
* Develop system and subsystem test procedures.
* Participate in Configuration Control Boards to implement product changes for manufacturability and sustainability.
* Investigate and resolve system faults discovered during transition to and during production.
* Monitor and resolve obsolete components issues.
* Keep up-to-date with the latest systems engineering technologies and tools
* Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior engineers, fostering their growth and development in production systems engineering.
What You'll Bring
* Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Systems Engineering, Mechanical engineering, or related fields.
* 6+ years of experience in systems engineering or related experience with RF and electronic systems.
* Experience with product engineering, configuration management, and product lifecycle management tools.
* Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
* Some travel (10%) may be required to provide support for field tests, demonstrations, and customer meetings.
* Must be a US citizen.

Must be a U.S.
citizen.
