Intertek is searching for an Executive Assistant to join our Transportation Technologyteam in our Kentwood, MI office.

The Executive Assistant is responsible for performing a range of support duties.

What you'll do:


* Record meeting minutes, track action items, and conduct follow-up with all parties


* Assist with writing summaries and preparing presentations and spreadsheets utilizing Microsoft Office


* Set up conference calls and meetings through a variety of tools


* Coordinate onsite and offsite meetings including arranging meeting rooms, lunches, dinners, group transportation, etc.


* Assist with the collection and analysis of data

What it takes to be successful in this role:


* High school diploma or equivalent


* At least 2-4 years experience supporting an Executive required


* Excellent customer service skills


* Ability to be highly confidential


* Ability to work in a fast-paced, multi-tasking environment with shifting priorities


* Excellent written and verbal communication skills


* Ability to plan, organize, and complete a variety of projects within established standards, objectives and time frames
