Position Description:


* In partnership with brand managers and sales teams, conduct the annual trade marketing calendar and plan promotional activities throughout the year.


* Communication with area sales for better understanding on their local status, competitor info.

Assist Sales team on volume growth of targeted brands in key image outlet.


* Develop tailored plan for top customer with individual ROI and set up innovative brand experiences while successfully engaging the target consumer.

Functions, Duties, Tasks:


* Develop the concrete annual promotion plan for brand according to the timeline and ensure the plan is practical and concrete.


* In partnership with the Marketing and Sales teams, work on the 2B incentive plans and promotion merchandising.


* Track the implementation and budget to ensure the plan on the right track.


* Develop tools for sales team to sell in new potential pet stores, regular review to make sure high investment efficiency.


* Work with external creative agencies on Marketing Material and POSM


* Develop and implement the brand’s standard merchandising tools across distribution channels (pet hospitals, pet shops).


* Build strong relationships with external agencies, Strategic Accounts, Marketing, and commercial teams.


* Key RKA/KA information collection with better understanding and build up tailored promotion with individual ROI


* Optimize and simplify existing merchandising to fit channels’ needs.

Minimum Qualification:


* Bachelor/Master's Degree in Business School or equivalent.


* Minimum 3 years of experience working in Trade Marketing/Marketing in the animal health industry, preferably Pet industry.

i.e.

medicine, food, toys, equipment, etc.


* Sales background in the Pet Health industry can be considered.


* Good at spoken and written English.

* The candidate preferably has a keen interest in pet industry or has a pet.
