Business Development Specialist

Your Job

To maintain order & NPI sample fulfilment, managing global forecast within the assigned core accounts.

Responsible for preparing and/or implementing financial and non-financial plans in support of reaching account objectives.

What You Will Do


* Track NPI and tactical activities within assigned accounts.


* Identify the Total Available Market (TAM), Serviceable Available Market (SAM), Molex Share, Competition, and the CAGR


* Analyse the gap in global account demand compared to BU's lead time and alarm to fulfilment sales on orders.


* Identify the ecosystem, the dynamics, the technology roadmaps, the application trends, the competition, the customer needs/requirements; and develop a clear roadmap (1-3 years down the road)


* Execute the account business plan including the Salesforce pipeline activities


* Drive the design activities and grow CRM pipeline and revenue.

Resolve and escalate if necessary any issues identified as bottlenecks


* Prepare operational reports to track and communicate status of goals (e.g.

forecasting, new identifying business opportunities, and implementing program status)

Who You Are (Basic Qualifications)


* 3+ years sales/marketing experience in connector industry


* A sense of urgency to negotiate delivery schedule between client & BU.


* Interpersonal skills to effectively work with co-workers and external contacts to effectively build relationships, respond positively to situations, and influence others.


* Promote creativity, and resolve issues.


* Organizational skills to anticipate, plan, prioritize and self-monitor workload.


* Positive attitude in work & learning.


* Reliable, initiative, commitment and integrity


* Can complete assigned task independently

What Will Put You Ahead


* Previous experience in order fulfilment a plus.


* Fluent English and Mandarin speaker and writer
