Identity Analyst

Your Job

The Identity Analyst will be a part of a global team that processes Identity creation, transfer, security, and separation for Koch Industries' employees.

They will report to the Identity Supervisor at KGSI and will be a part of a global Identity and Security team that drives enterprise-wide innovation and optimization of Employee Onboarding, Transfer, and Termination activities.

The Identity Analyst will own administration and support of Directory Services, Authorization & Authentication Exchange Online, DNS, PKI and various Security tools.

The Identity Analyst will be expected to identify and suggest trends and technologies in identity management that may create value for Koch Industries.

What You Will Do



* Responsible for Administration, support, training, and customer education for Identity services and Application/Access security.


* Being an active member of team that works with and has ownership of Identity and Security services: AD, VDS, SSO, MFA, DNS, PKI, Exchange online, Kochi'd Tools etc.


* Be an active member of our Scrum Team and work through sprint items to ensure deliveries in sprints are value contributed.


* Identify process gaps on an on-going basis to aid automation, self-help tools & bring in process efficiencies.


* Exercising product knowledge to identify and build automation processes that remove manual work.


* Creating documentation that is easily consumed by a global audience by both customers and support organizations.


* Help evaluate compliance and risk of products and features.

Who You Are (Basic Qualifications)

• Minimum 1 year experience with Identity and Application security and administration.

• Experience automating Identity workflows in Python with On-premises Active Directory and Azure AD

• Minimum 1 year experience with On-premises Active Directory and Azure AD administration

• Excellent written and oral communication skills

What Will Put You Ahead

• Proficient understanding of Employee lifecycle, AD, onboarding, transfer, and offboarding lifecycle.

• Understanding of Organizational Change Management core concepts

• 1+ years participating in an Agile development environment.

• Experience with workflow automation

• PowerShell scripting experience.

• Identity Data flow investigation experience
