Admin Support Coordinator - TS

Supervises work between branches and GCC to complete admin functions.

Resolves issues and escalates to corporate team as necessary.

Essential Functions/Responsibilities
Impact Code • Work all GCC escalations for admin function assigned • Perform and support training needs for field and GCC specific to admin function • Work with corporate teams to resolve issues that need additional support • Provide backfill for vacations, LOA, or increased workload coverage spikes Other Duties as Assigned

Required/Preferred Education Description Required High School or equivalent Experience: 3 to 5 years
