* Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution


* Minimum of 5 years of experience leading Talent Acquisition initiatives and programs in a global organization


* Employees must be legally authorized to work in the United States.

* This position is subject to the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR) which requires U.S.

Preferred Qualifications:


* SHRM-CP or equivalent HR certification preferred


* Experience leading a talent acquisition function in a large organization (in house and via RPO)


* Significant experience running direct sourcing campaigns for senior roles resulting in successful hires


* Experience partnering with executive search firms for senior roles


* Experience defining and executing inclusion and diversity recruitment strategies


* Experience in diverse candidate sourcing


* Previous success supporting talent acquisition operations including process harmonization/optimization experience and system implementation

Salary Range: $120k - $140k/year approximation (actual compensation is subject to variation due to factors such as education, experience, skillset, and/org location).Basic Qualifications:
