Sr. Operations Executive, The Bash

ABOUT THE ROLE AND OUR TEAM:

The Bash (formerly GigMasters) was launched in 1997 by two life-long friends, Mike and Kevin, who wanted to combine their love of music and parties with their passion for the web.

Today, The Bash still has the same start-up culture, but is a part of The Knot Worldwide's global family of brands (The Knot, WeddingWire, The Bump and more).

All of these years later, our mission remains the same-we're here to help you find the perfect vendors to bring your celebration to life.

From birthday parties to weddings, corporate events and more, The Bash is the one stop source for all of your event services needs.

RESPONSIBILITIES:



* Search for data based off of wedding related listings, enrich the data present on the current database based on extensive online research


* Review the quality of output and take necessary actions to fix it as per the timeline if required


* Apply deep knowledge of assigned categories and subcategories to enable deep cataloging of the Bash website.


* Monitor the implementation of new sourcing strategies and processes across market / cluster and generate relevant leads.

SUCCESSFUL OPERATIONS CANDIDATES HAVE:



* Educational Qualification: Any Bachelor's with relevant work experience would be preferred


* Work Experience: At least 1-2 years of experience in Operations/vendor management/customer experience/account management.
