Your day to day

As Spa Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact that kicks off a memorable experience for our guests, performing all front desk reception duties include greeting guests, making appointments, answering phone calls, assisting guests with questions regarding spa services and products, checking the guest into our computer system, and charging for services performed.

This fast-paced role will see you handling a wide variety of guests and services for both the Hayman Spa and Hayman Salon; from calming relaxation massages & beauty treatments to beautiful bridal hair and make-up – whatever the occasion you will be there to ensure our guests enjoy their experience every step of the way.

What we need from you

We are looking for enthusiastic and professional team players who knows how to deliver great service and exceed guest expectations.

The ideal candidate will be:


* Enthusiastic and possess excellent customer service skills.


* Detail-oriented and have ability to multi-task.


* Efficient and productive in a luxury, fast-paced environment.


* Previous experience in a similar role.
