The ideal candidate will provide meaningful impact to the business by helping usremain in compliance with applicable laws, regulations and industry standards.

Position will be located in our offices in Birmingham, AL.

However, we will consider other Altec locations for remote work, with recurring visits to the Birmingham office.

This position will allow you to combine your people skills with your ability to help identify and help minimize liabilities.

Should the selected candidate meet the qualifications of a more experienced level in the career path, the job level may be adjusted.

Major Responsibilities:


* Audit regulatory compliance of JJ Kane businesses


* Maintain accurate and organized compliance documentation.


* Prepare and submit reports to regulatory authorities as required.


* Prepare and update communication and training for compliance requirements.


* Develops internal policies, controls and systems to identify, detect and correct non-compliance.


* Assess potential risks related to non-compliance and develop mitigation strategies.


* Investigate and address ethics-related concerns or violations.


* Mentor, coach, and guide team members


* Contribute to continuous improvement efforts....
