Accounting Associate - Accounts Receivable/Cash Posting

Altec Capital Services (ACS) is a division of Altec, that offers a variety of flexible and affordable finance options for equipment to help our customers improve cash flow while increasing overall profitability.

Responsibilities


* High volume data entry


* Processing payments for suppliers or customers


* Operating postage and inserter machine


* Creating and/or reviewing monthly statements for suppliers or customers


* Assisting with research related to payments received from outside sources


* Communicating with suppliers or customers regarding account status


* Assisting in monthly closings as needed


* Assisting with regulatory and tax compliance


* All other duties as assigned

Education, Experience, and Skills Required


* High School Diploma or GED required.

Some experience preferred


* Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals


* Ability to compute rate, ratio, and percent


* PC skills Office 365 suite


* Excellent written and verbal communication skills


* Must be able to work with team members and work with direct supervision
