Construction Project Manager

PULLMAN is currently hiring for a Construction Project Manager to support our growing Boston Team.

As a project manager, you will oversee structural concrete repairs, façade restoration, historic preservation, and specialty contracting services.

Your role involves collaborating with internal teams, creating schedules, negotiating contracts, and maintaining financial oversight.

You provide leadership to project teams, work closely with estimators and sales, foster customer relationships, and prioritize safety and quality control throughout all projects throughout the Greater Boston area.

We are looking for hands-on construction leaders with proven experience managing multiple projects simultaneously with the capability to successfully oversee construction projects with contract values ranging from $1 million to $10 million.

Managing commercial projects, including tasks like structural concrete placement and specialty masonry construction, is a definite thumbs up.
