Business Development Manager

PULLMAN is currently hiring for a Business Development Manager to support our growing Boston Team.

As a Business Development Manager, you will develop, maintain, and expand business relationships with key players in the Greater Boston commercial market.

Your role involves collaborating with internal teams, developing sales strategies and initiatives, creating proposals, and managing sales process.

You will provide strong market knowledge to the internal team and service knowledge to external clients, building trust through expertise and reliability.

We are looking for a well-connected business development leader with proven experience meeting, if not exceeding, sales goals with the capability to successfully negotiate construction projects with contract values ranging from $1 million to $10 million.

Experience in selling commercial restoration and repair services is a definite thumbs up.
