We have an exciting opportunity for a Regional Manager to lead and manage a portfolio of new schools and acquisitions.

If you are passionate about leading and coaching others to deliver amazing experiences, the regional role could be for you! As a Crème de la Crème Regional Manager, you are responsible for leading a team of Executive Directors, and providing them with the tools, coaching, and mentorship they need to succeed.

This is a multi-unit field leadership role, responsible for 8-10 childcare schools.

Our Regional Managers drive quality and consistency in our schools and enhance family acquisition and retention.
As a Regional Manager, you will:


* Recruit, develop, empower, and engage a very hardworking team of Executive Directors and teaching staff.


* Drive consistent focus on quality, accreditation, and educational excellence throughout your region.


* Nurture customer relationships throughout the market while driving and supporting sound business decisions with children and families in mind.


* Lead a business portfolio, identify sales opportunities, and drive business decisions to increase revenue, customer retention, and acquisition.

Qualifications



* Bachelor's degree preferred


* Knowledge of licensing standards in a childcare setting


* Minimum 2-3 years of experience as a successful multi-unit leader


* Ability to identify, develop, retain and engage a successful team


* Strong business insight; ability to drive financial results and identify sales opportunities


* Leadership experience in a customer and talent-focused environment


* A love for children and a strong desire to make a difference every day
