Vice President - Business Analysis Manager

If you have 12 or more years of experience in Banking/Financial services with strong Payments knowledge and/or prior experience in driving large scale strategic projects and possess leadership and project management skills with an ability to drive projects in close partnership with Operations, Product and Technology partners then this is the team for you.

As a V ice President - Business Analysis Manager in Graphite Payments Transformation team , you will drive initiatives under stringent timelines and in a fast-paced dynamic environment.

You will be expected to have strong communication and influencing skills, strategic thinking, collaboration with multiple impacted teams, flexibility and result driven.

You must have leadership and project management skills with an ability to drive projects in close partnership with Operations, Product and Technology partners.

Job responsibilities


* Define the business requirements for development and commercialization of new product capabilities (business analyst)


* Articulate and document process flows including customer interactions and Operations intervention


* Cover functional and non-functional requirements including but not limited to Product features, Operational requirements, Regulatory and Compliance requirements, User Interface, Client reporting, Sanctions, Resiliency and Scalability.

The requirements must be able to cater to current expectations and allow scalability for future changes in business model


* Perform impact analysis for business initiatives to determine key business groups that will consequently be required to undergo technical or operational process change and conduct gaps analysis as required to determine degree of change emergent from business initiatives


* Partner closely with Product and Technology partners to help define globally consistent platform architecture as well as work with User Acceptance Testing team to determine the testing strategy and ensure thorough testing of all capabilities


* Track the overall progress of an initiative and identify any possible red flag and collaborating with various stakeholders for resolution of the issues to ensure timely completion of the projects


* Drive Operations readiness to support new product roll out by ensuring documentation of process flows, operational procedures, training, user entitlements, clearly defined roles and responsibilities and establishing escalation matrix


* Anticipate internal and external factors impacting the global payment strategy and implementing plans to mitigate risks and capitalize on opportunities and perform defect analysis, prioritization and exploring alternative solutions
