Product Delivery Evangelist

The Product Delivery Evangelist (NeoLoad) is a Lead-level role that exists to improve partner implementation quality.

 Like a “product evangelist” who works in a sales and marketing context to promote the benefits of a product, the Product Delivery Evangelist works in a professional services context to promote the adoption of delivery best practices within the partner ecosystem.

 The scope of the work is global in nature as this role seeks to balance the geographic coverage (capability and capacity) for NeoLoad across regions.

The Product Delivery Evangelist is a key role, shaping the success of our customers with NeoLoad through partner deliveries.

Responsibilities:


* Will help author and deliver architect-level workshops.  These will be highly interactive learning events for partner senior consultants.


* Will help define and apply certification criteria for partner consultants.


* Will help define and apply credentialing criteria for partner practices.


* Will provide advisory-level consulting to partner practices in a “show and do” engagement.

+ Professional Services Team, participating in best practice definition and guidance.
+ Sales Team, coordinating go-to-market strategies with value-realization strategies.
+ Education Team, providing SME guidance on training materials and events.
+ Customer Success Team, assessing partner weaknesses and developing remedial strategies.
+ Marketing Team, supporting partner events and conferences.
+ Product Team, supporting product and feature launch as well as providing product feedback.

Qualifications


* Master Degree or at least Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.


* 10+ years of performance and scalability engineering experience.


* Experience with QA/QC methodologies, software testing life cycle, and defect life cycle.


* Experience analysing computing resources (CPU, memory, network, database) to verify performance of the applications.


* Experience working in a DevOps context (virtualization, API based integration, CICD, Docker, Kubernetes).


* Knowledge and experience delivering projects in an Agile framework is a plus.


* Strong Analytical and problem-solving skills.


* Great interpersonal and communication skills.


* Working knowledge of APM tools such as DataDog, Dynatrace, etc.
