Spec Inv & Reconciliation

·                Monitor production work orders as they are being ran.

 

·                Assist with work order bookings and reversals.

 

·                Assist production team with issuing and de-issuing items to work orders.

 

·                Monitor and correct variances showing in VP vs SYS21.

 

·                Verify all returns from the production lines and make inventory corrections as needed.

 

·                Perform daily checks for missed scans.

 

·                Daily random location checks of inventory in warehouse locations.

 

·                Perform thorough cycle counts as needed for inventory discrepancies.

 

·                Process inventory adjustments as needed for supervisors after research is done.  Assist with research if necessary.

 

·                Assist tasks assigned by Warehouse Supervisor.
