Position: Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN)

Key Responsibilities:


* Administer medications and provide direct patient care in accordance with physicians' orders and nursing standards.


* Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans.


* Monitor and assess residents' health, promptly addressing any changes or concerns.


* Communicate effectively with residents, families, and the healthcare team.


* Uphold high standards of nursing care, ensuring the well-being and comfort of our residents.

Qualifications:


* Valid California LVN license.


* CPR/BLS certification.


* Experience in a long-term care or skilled nursing facility is preferred.


* Strong communication and interpersonal skills.


* Compassion and dedication to providing exceptional patient care.
