Your Job

Molex is currently seeking a Setup Operator to join our Pinellas Park, FL team.

The Setup Operator will operate, set up, conduct changeovers, and troubleshoot manufacturing machines.

Successful candidates will have mechanical capability with hand tools and machinery.

In addition to a competitive hourly wage of $17.00 ($1.50/hour shift differential for 3rd shift).

2nd shift: Monday-Friday 3:30pm-midnight.

What You Will Do


* Operate multiple assembly machines, ensuring performance and quality standards are met.


* Troubleshoot and fix simple mechanical problems, such as clearing machine jams.


* Package and label finished products into the appropriate containers.


* Work both independently and collaboratively with others.


* Read work orders to ensure correct parts are used for order


* Perform various measuring and recordkeeping inspections


* Complete required paperwork such as QC first piece inspection report sheet

Who You Are (Basic Qualifications)



* Legal authorization to work permanently in the United States for any employer without requiring a visa transfer or visa sponsorship


* Experience in a manufacturing, production, industrial, agricultural, automotive, or military environment

* One (1) year or more experience working in a manufacturing environment.
