Job Summary: The Stockroom Manager has overall responsibility to supervise, develop, and support systems related to work in the Stockroom Department.

This includes ordering and processing new or used garment inventories, ensuring that proper documentation and processes are being followed in the department.

Performs other duties as required and reports to the Operations Manager or General Manager.

Essential Functions:
-Monitor and justify garment orders, stock levels, withdrawals and invoicing, physical inventories of stock.

Verify stockroom records, reports or orders, improve labor utilization, production efficiency and expenses.
-Leads, trains, and supervises the Stockroom staff.
-Responsible for overseeing all new hire training and conducts regular and ongoing training in all departments.
-Consults with sales and service management to ensure a consistent, high quality product is readily available.
-Responsible for execution of company production policies and procedures.

-Responsible for setting, monitoring, and ensuring that standards for production, quality, housekeeping and safety are met.
-Responsible for creating and adherence to stock budgets, as well as hiring, discipline and employee relations.
-Follow written and verbal instructions, attend meetings and perform other tasks as directed by supervisor.

Additional Functions:
-Work with and support other branch personnel as required by supervisor.

Qualifications:
-Have a minimum of two years of business management experience in a production environment with strong supervisory and management skills.
