We are looking for a full time Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant to join our team.

Responsibilities:

Provide custom treatment plan, address barriers, assist patients to reach highest level of functional mobility, document daily, work with Rehab Department.

* California Licensed - Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant
