The Compliance, Conduct, Operational Risk Technology & Cybersecurity (CCOR Tech & Cyber) group within the organization has areas of alignment across all Lines of business (LOBs), Regions and Corporate Functions (CFs), responsible for the independent oversight of first line operational risk management practices and compliance with technology and cybersecurity laws, rules, and regulations.

Additionally, CCOR Tech & Cyber provides Firmwide end-to-end independent second line risk management oversight of Global Technology, the Chief Administrative Office including Global Supplier Services, Global Real Estate and Global Security, Business, Technology and Third Party Resiliency, Crisis Management, and Insider Threat.

As a CCOR Technology Resiliency Risk Lead, you will reports to the Head of CCOR Resiliency Risk and works across the 1st and 2nd Lines of Defense to lead independent risk oversight of technology and cyber resiliency risk and control environment and monitoring of the overall resilience landscape of JP Morgan Chase Technology.

You will need to have an in-depth understanding of technology and cyber resiliency risks, the integration of business, technology and third party resiliency, providing effective assessment and challenge, and informed consultation.

Additionally, you will need to be a strong self-starter, with intellectual curiosity, who can independently identify, assess, and monitor risks and the associated mitigating technology controls using a consistent, logical approach to assess and challenge the 1LOD technology resiliency operational environment as well as prepare/deliver written/verbal communications on risk and control assessment results to technical/non-technical audiences through senior levels within the firm.

Job Responsibilities


* Support the continued expansion of the CCOR Technology and Cyber Resiliency Risk Program, including interconnectedness between other Operational Resiliency domains (Business, Third Party, Data, Sites, etc.)


* Perform Technology, Cyber, and Cloud Resiliency monitoring, testing, issue management, and thematic analysis.


* Perform periodic independent review and challenge of relevant material risks that are identified by LOBs and CFs


* Assess and challenge the firm's 1st Line of Defense (1LOD) Global Technology Resiliency program.
