As our Head Chef, you enjoy variety and are at your best when being part of a team as well as being passionate about delivering first-rate guest service through your high-quality food.

To succeed as our Head Chef, you will need:


* To have led a kitchen for 3 or more years and have previous experience working in a similar role at a 4/5

* Hotel or Restaurant 


* Experienced in local cuisine, with practical experience of at least one other cuisine and experience catering meetings, social events, and restaurants.


* Experience with working in all sections of the kitchen.


* To be willing to learn new things and work as part of a wide hotel team.

* £45,000- £50,000 annual salary plus great IHG perks!


* 31 days holiday each year, including bank holidays, this increases up to a maximum of 33 days (Pro Rated)
