2025 Asset Management Client Summer Analyst Program

We'll give you what you need to succeed including training, mentoring, access to senior leaders and projects that engage all your skills.

As a 2025 Summer Analyst in Asset Management Clients, you will work in partnership with our senior business leaders to develop strategies that support our clients' needs.

You will work with teams that manage and distribute investment solutions across asset classes for institutions and financial intermediaries.

Our nine-week program kicks off with a week of induction, where you will have training and orientation to our businesses and gain the technical and practical knowledge you'll need to start contributing to our teams.

Top performers may receive a full-time (for juniors) or returning summer internship (for sophomores) offer at the end of the summer.

Job responsibilities


* Assist with client sales and retention while gaining broad exposure to asset classes and investment professionals throughout the firm


* Work with financial advisors and investment consultants to provide quantitative and qualitative analysis, conduct market research and assist in strategic planning to help clients meet their investment objectives


* Develop relationships with clients including top pension plans, insurance companies, sovereign wealth funds, endowments, foundations, central banks and other institutional investors


* Learn about asset allocation strategies and identify investment capabilities across traditional and alternative strategies to meet our clients' investment objectives

Required qualifications, capabilities and skills


* Attend college/university in the U.S.


* Expected graduation date of December 2025 - June 2026


* Excellent communication and presentation skills


* Strong quantitative skills and a passion for investing


* Exceptional organizational skills and ability to multitask


* Strong initiative, energy and confidence


* Genuine interest in financial markets, investing and macro-level economics


* Good judgment and discretion working with highly confidential information


* Highly-motivated and enjoy working in teams to develop and execute solutions

Preferred qualifications, capabilities and skills


* Background in financial accounting, financial analysis or mathematics a plus
