What's the role?

The EH&S Manager will play a crucial role within our Business Services department in Dublin, California.

Reporting directly to the Regional Sr.

Manager of EH&S, the EH&S Manager will serve as the subject matter expert for all safety and environmental programs, ensuring compliance with Federal, State, and Local laws, as well as corporate requirements.

Here's what you'll do:

Environmental and Sustainability Responsibilities:


* External and Internal Audits including ISO Audits (ISO14001, ISO 45001):
+ Assist and help lead and maintain the Environmental Management System, ensuring compliance and continuous improvement.
+ Conduct regular audits to assess adherence to ISO 14001 standards.


* Sustainability Initiatives:
+ Develop and implement sustainability initiatives to reduce environmental impact.
+ Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate sustainability into business practices.


* Waste Management and Hazardous Waste:
+ Oversee comprehensive waste management strategies, including hazardous waste program and disposal.
+ Ensure compliance with waste regulations and promote sustainable waste practices.


* Permits:
+ Manage and maintain all permits related to environmental compliance.
+ Coordinate with regulatory agencies to obtain and renew necessary permits.


* Training:
+ Develop and deliver training programs on environmental practices and sustainability.
+ Ensure all employees are trained in accordance with environmental regulations and standards.

Occupational Health & Safety Responsibilities:


* Safety and Incident Reporting:
+ Establish and manage safety reporting systems.
+ Investigate incidents, analyze root causes, and implement corrective actions.
+ Enforce safety and environmental policies, guidelines, and procedures.


* Emergency Response:
+ Develop and implement emergency response plans.
+ Conduct drills and ensure readiness for various emergency scenarios.

+ Conduct ergonomic assessments to enhance workplace safety.
