This is a full-time, 100% remote position, scheduled to work Monday through Friday with core hours between 8:00 am - 5:00 pm.

* Design and develop advanced ServiceNow solutions, leveraging a range of platform capabilities, including Employee Center Pro, ITSM, SPM, ITOM, App Engine, and beyond.


* Lead and contribute to the integration of ServiceNow with other enterprise systems, enhancing our operational capabilities.


* Help establish ServiceNow development standards, by adopting and advocating for best practices in coding, security, and platform architecture.


* Serve as a key player in the ServiceNow development team, fostering a culture of continuous learning, technical advancement, and collaborative growth.


* Engage with stakeholders to develop and maintain scalable and sustainable ServiceNow solutions.


* Address and resolve technical issues, focusing on optimizing application performance and ensuring robust security.

Education :

Minimum -


* Bachelor's degree in Software Engineering, Computer Science, or related field


* Four (4) years of relevant experience may be considered in lieu of degree

Preferred - Master's or Doctorate degree in Software Engineering, Computer Science, or related field
